Chemane helped me with a bulging trackpad battery issue. He told me my macbook pro battery had gone bad and I should remove the battery as soon as possible. Upon inspection sure enough that was the issue. Follow up call when I asked about how to take out the screws on the battery he told me the exact screw driver to use. This guy knows his stuff. Able to diagnose the issue sight unseen. WH 11/22/2023
